Šarūnas Šiugžda, Founder and Managing Partner 

s_siugzdaPrior to founding LitCapital Šarūnas was a partner at a Swedish private equity fund Askembla. He was in charge of Askembla's investments in Lithuania. Šarūnas began his professional career at an international accounting company Arthur Andersen. Afterwards he worked as a Business Controller and was responsible for the CEE region at a Scandinavian industrial group Consolis (at that time owned by one of the largest private equity funds in Scandinavia – Industri Kapital AB). Additionally, he has served as an independent member / Chairman of the board at several large and well known Lithuanian companies. Šarūnas is one of the founders of the Lithuanian Venture Capital Association and currently serves as a board member. Šarūnas has a degree in business administration from Vytautas Magnus University, MBA at Kaunas University of Technology and has accomplished AMP at INSEAD business school in France.

Arvydas Saročka, Partner

a_sarockaArvydas has been a Partner of LitCapital since its incorporation in 2010. Previously he worked as a Chief Executive at management consulting company SAVVIN UAB, which he founded back in 2000. During his career at SAVVIN he carried out a number of projects in business management and finance consulting. In addition to that he helped to raise over LTL 150 M from EU and other funds for business expansion and development projects for company's clients. Arvydas started his career at an international auditing firm Arthur Andersen in 1997. Later he worked as an external CFO in Philips Lietuva UAB. Arvydas is a graduate of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance and has master's degree in business administration from Kaunas University of Technology. He is an editor and co-author of "Finansų Valdymas", finance management manual for business owners. Also he writes articles for business newspapers on various topics including business management and corporate finance.

Julius Dukšta, Investment Manager

Julius_Duksta_NEWJulius Dukšta worked in various positions within SEB Trading & Capital markets department in Lithuania and Sweden before joining LitCapital in 2013. He started his professional career in 2003 working as a consultant in UAB SAVVIN where he worked as team member with numerous projects in the fields of business valuation, organizational change, and EU structural funds support. 
Julius Dukšta has master’s degree in economics from Vilnius University and  CFA charterholder. Julius Dukšta serves on the boards of NNL LT and Eldes.
